Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, software validation testing and much more. This position is looking for a highly motivated senior test and evaluation engineer for the Maritime Business Unit. You will perform evaluation of hardware and software capabilities in lab and in watert test environments.<br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">ABOUT THE JOB</strong><br>The Test and Evaluation team is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer. In this role you will conduct system level development testing and evaluate hardware and software readiness, from early test evaluations to customer deployment.<br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Design and implement test plans that challenge and verify the capabilities of the various Maritime products. To include:</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Acceptance Testing - Testing for acceptability by end-users, often in a real-world environment, to validate that it meets their needs and requirements.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">System Testing - Testing the complete integrated system to verify that it meets all specified requirements.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Integration Testing - Testing where modules are combined and tested as a group to ensure they work together properly.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Unit Testing - Testing on individual modules or units of code to verify that each one functions correctly in isolation.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate closely with software engineers and cross functional teams to ensure thorough validation of new software, end-to-end functionality, and bug fixes.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Conduct Software Testing, including validation and regression tests to ensure new features align with system capabilities and mission objectives.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Analyze data from tests to validate system performance and identify areas for improvement, iterating rapidly to refine hardware implementation and software behaviors.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Create processes for testing system functionality and suitability of software and hardware integration efforts.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Drive the advancement of Anduril's testing methodologies, with a focus on Group 2 UAS, to ensure robust and reliable performance in complex operational scenarios.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich ...
