Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, software qualification testing and much more. <br><br>This position is looking for a highly motivated Test Evaluation Engineer with emphasis in software/hardware interface, networking, and diagnostics. <ul>
<li>As a Test and Evaluation (TE) engineer, under minimal supervision, you will be lead test planning, execution, and reporting of both small and large coordinated test events</li>
<li>Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test.</li>
<li>Perform software and integration testing of counter-UAS systems, in both simulated and field environments</li>
<li>Dive deep technically into the full Family of Systems in Anduril’s Air Defense portfolio</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret test data, identify system behaviors, and drive product enhancements, process improvements</li>
<li>Interface with customers during test events at 3rd party ranges</li>
<li>Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years' experience in test engineering.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of engineering principles, especially in test engineering and test management</li>
<li>Quick learner with the capacity to accurately implement new concepts and effectively manage multiple project phases.</li>
<li>Proven experience in designing and executing rigorous testing protocols.</li>
<li>Skillful in data analysis and comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.</li>
<li>Availability to travel for testing-related activities on an as needed basis.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Secret-Level security clearance.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Direct experience with UAS design or operational deployment.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of UAV testing methodologies and data analysis.</li>
<li>Familiarity with test/requirements software such as TestRail, Jama, Siemens PLM, etc</li>
<li>Familiarity with programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc</li>
