You will develop and optimize advanced game development and game engine technologies that drive real-time simulation, immersive training, and critical mission planning capabilities. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills as you contribute to national defense initiatives while pushing the boundaries of mixed reality.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU WILL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Work with one of the industries strongest mixed reality teams to change the landscape for MR on the frontlines and beyond</li> <li>Drive prototyping initiatives to experiment with revolutionary mixed reality concepts that set new industry standards</li> <li>Design, development, and enhance game engine components tailored for mixed reality applications</li> <li>Optimize rendering pipelines, physics simulations, and real-time interactions to deliver high-performance immersive experiences</li> <li>Collaborate with AR/VR specialists to integrate mixed reality sensors, displays, and spatial mapping capabilities</li> <li>Implement robust pipelines that transform raw sensor data into actionable, immersive visuals for the warfighter</li> <li>Partner with product managers, hardware engineers, and warfighter subject matter experts to translate mission requirements into practical, scalable solutions</li> <li>Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks within the game engine ecosystem</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Skillbridge eligible</li> <li>Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with graphics APIs (DirectX, OpenGL, or Vulkan)</li> <li>Experience working in large codebases to solve complex problems in a matter of days and weeks, not months</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders and Executive leaders</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience developing on console platforms, computer graphics, or real-time simulation</li> <li>Experience with shader programming and multi-threaded rendering pipelines</li> <li>Understanding of immersive technologies and sensor integration is a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated experience or strong interest in developing mixed reality or simulation applications</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$135,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$336,000 USD</span></div>< ...
