We are looking for highly collaborative engineers that will bring significant expertise, experience and energy to the team's endeavors. </p> <h2 id="EdgeSoftwareArchitect,RadarDefenseProducts(WIP)-ABOUTTHEJOB"><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h2> <p>Anduril seeking a skilled and experienced Edge Software Architect to play a key role in designing and implementing software for our next-generation radar systems. This role is critical for building a robust, high-performance, and secure software platform for targeting heterogeneous processors embedded in our radar products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern software design patterns, embedded software, with deep expertise in optimizing performance on heterogeneous computing architectures and designing reusable software components for a variety of applications.</p> <h2 id="EdgeSoftwareArchitect,RadarDefenseProducts(WIP)-WHATYOUWILLDO"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></h2> <ul class="KsbFXc U6u95"> <li><span class="T286Pc">12 + years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</span></li> <li data-uuid="ed02f6a2-71b3-4a6f-9ba8-e5d60921f248"><span class="T286Pc">Architect and design software frameworks and components for embedded radar systems, ensuring high standards for maintainability, testability, reliability, and security.</span></li> <li data-uuid="9e95c0d2-d3ad-4123-9ba9-cd57271a1f9d"><span class="T286Pc">Contribute to the implementation of software across a heterogeneous computing environment that includes Nvidia Jetson SoCs (e.g., Orin AGX), Intel Agilex FPGAs, and ARM CPU architectures.</span></li> <li data-uuid="05c9729a-8124-4f6c-9c46-13758144244f"><span class="T286Pc">Develop a scalable software platform with well-defined APIs enabling reusable building blocks that can be adapted for various radar products and applications.</span></li> <li data-uuid="ac9b017b-e282-4fd3-a7a1-e4e0cb58e36b"><span class="T286Pc">Define and document internal APIs for component-to-component communication and external APIs for easy integration with third-party consumers.</span></li> <li data-uuid="ccd08794-018d-4bf5-9049-6756ddd090bd"><span class="T286Pc">Conduct system-level performance analysis and optimization, focusing on low-latency and high-throughput data processing on the edge.</span></li> <li data-uuid="0d6ddf1e-f36e-476c-bf9a-804f0d737ca1"><span class="T286Pc">Advise on software development best practices, including coding standards, design patterns, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).</span></li> <li data-uuid="72b82569-57fb-4a45-96a8-694ae0818e70"><span class="T286Pc">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, algorithm specialists, and product managers, to align software architecture with overall system requirements.</span></li> <li data-uuid="b6c314f4-c845-45e9-a086-58251f507967"><span class="T286Pc">Provide g ...
