As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong><br><br>The Operations Analyst will support Supplier Operations by helping establish consistent issue identification, tracking, and resolution for supplier-caused issues. This role plays a key part in enabling clear delivery expectations, improving supplier performance, and supporting supplier compliance as Anduril scales.<br><br>This role works closely with internal teams and suppliers, including on-site engagement, to ensure expectations are understood and issues are surfaced and addressed consistently. This role helps create the operational foundation required for scalable supplier accountability and performance management.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support consistent identification and documentation of supplier-caused issues across sites</li>
<li>Partner with Material Flow, Quality, Accounting, and other teams to improve issue capture and classification</li>
<li>Support adoption of standardized processes and tools used to track supplier issues and performance</li>
<li>Work directly with suppliers, including on-site engagement, to help them understand and meet expectations</li>
<li>Validate issue data for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate supporting documentation</li>
<li>Analyze trends in supplier-caused issues to identify recurring gaps and improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Support supplier accountability programs, including preparation of data used for supplier performance reviews</li>
<li>Drive consistent adoption of issue tracking and documentation standards across sites</li>
<li>Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>2-5 years of experience in supply chain, supplier quality, or analytics roles</li>
<li>Strong bias for action and sense of urgency</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting supplier performance</li>
<li>Familiarity with Atlassian suite of products, Foundry, and Oracle ERP</li>
<li>Strong data analysis skills</li>
<li>Comfortable creating structure out of ambiguity</li>

Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
