This is an exciting role which provides an opportunity to build a team that works across the full product life cycle, from concept to deployment.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</strong></p> <p>The Systems Integration Test Engineering Lead will perform individual contributions plus build a team that provides systems engineering and integration test support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement testing of projects from inception through system transition.</p> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience leading a Systems Integration and Test team.</li> <li>Experience in testing RADAR- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ESM) systems.</li> <li>Experience in creating plans and procedures for System integration test (IT) </li> <li>Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements.</li> <li>Experience in SIL (System in Lab) design, setup and automation.</li> <li>Flight Test experience and flight test data analysis.</li> <li>Experience in integrating Firmware and Software build on prototype and production grade hardware.</li> <li>Experience in platform integration, co-site analysis, EMI/EMC testing.</li> <li>High ownership, mission-oriented mentality.
