<p>Anduril’s Deployment Operations group is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join our Configuration Team team. This is a Costa Mesa based role and not eligible for remote/hybrid work.</p>
<p>As a member of Anduril’s Deployment Operations group, the Technical Operations Engineer on our Configuration Team plays an essential role in preparing advanced hardware and software solutions for shipment. You will ensure that every system meets our stringent quality standards before delivery. This role is onsite in Costa Mesa and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Product Configuration:</strong> Update software and firmware, program radios, and set up robust computer networks.</li>
<li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Verify that every system meets strict quality standards prior to shipment.</li>
<li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Follow detailed instructions and maintain thorough records.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team across multiple business lines.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Linux operating systems, networking, and RF technologies</li>
<li>Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality</li>
<li>Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and document work thoroughly</li>
<li>Excellent team collaboration and communication skills</li>
<li>Aptitude for solving complex, unstructured problems</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50-70 lbs as needed</li>
<li>Proactive mindset with the drive to research and master new technical concepts</li>
<li>1- 3 years of demonstrated experience</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience with firmware and software configuration</li>
<li>Proficiency with NixOS and Unix-based operating systems, including command-line tools, networking, and RF configuration</li>
<li>Hands-on mechanical aptitude with tools and electronics</li>
<li>Experience in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages</li>
