We're not just responding to security challenges – we're anticipating and solving them, ensuring Anduril's continued growth and innovation in a complex global landscape.<br><br></p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>As the Technical Security Access Control Manager at Anduril Industries, you will be responsible for the entire technical security access control program. You will own the gatekeeping, customer facing, function of our team - everything from credentialing to visitor management. You’ll drive our standards and processes regarding everything from badge technology to visitor management, ensuring a frictionless experience for all of our employees, contractors, and guests. This role is critical to maintaining our security posture while enabling our fast-paced work environment. You will report to the Deputy Director of Technical Security within our Corporate Security organization.<br><br></p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and implement access control policies, procedures, and technical solutions across Anduril's growing facility footprint</li> <li>Develop governance framework that enables the day-to-day operations of all access control systems including badge management, hard key management, vehicle tracking, visitor management, etc</li> <li>Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new access control technologies to address evolving security requirements</li> <li>Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding to ensure appropriate access rights management</li> <li>Collaborate with IT, Facilities, HR, and Security teams to ensure cohesive implementation of access control protocols</li> <li>Monitor compliance with security policies and identify/remediate vulnerabilities or violations</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation for all access control systems and processes</li> <li>Develop and deliver security awareness training related to physical access control</li> <li>Perform regular audits of access control systems and user permissions</li> <li>Support incident response for security breaches related to access control</li> <li>Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>5+ years of experience managing enterprise physical access control systems</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with PACS platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, S2, C•CURE)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of security principles, access control hardware, and integration capabilities</li> <li>Experience developing security policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements</li> <li>Proficiency with identity management systems and access governance fram ...
