We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers’ most pressing national security requirements.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Technical Writer, your mission is to work with and capture technical artifacts from engineering project teams. You will deliver accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand documentation on material both for internal use and external customer delivery. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and various subject matter experts to understand the lifecycle of complex projects, identify knowledge and information gaps, and use documentation to close the gap. You may act as an editor to material written by engineers or work to incorporate specific inputs from the engineering team into more comprehensive documents. As such, the technical writer will play a foundational role in raising and setting the bar for tone, voice, and quality across our written artifacts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">With Anduril’s focus on defense and national security, documentation plays a critical role in ensuring front-line operators know how to leverage the “arsenal of democracy.” Your mission is to make the process of learning how to understand and operate systems as easy and seamless as possible, with exceptionally written and presented artifacts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will identify relevant stakeholders and lead them through a documentation roadmap with established key milestones and targets. This will require an in-depth understanding of which engineers are relevant to documentation, and what an organized effort toward collaboration entails. You are to ensure that stakeholders are engaged at the right time, and you will guide them towards a polished and finished document that plainly meets customer needs.
