As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Execute test plans: set up, configure, and operate benchtop test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.) to verify PCBA performance.</li> <li>Precision rework and assembly: Perform surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering including component replacement and jumper wire installation under a microscope, as well as conformal coat staking operations.</li> <li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose test failures to the component level using schematics and layouts then determine and execute the necessary repairs.</li> <li>Data recording: Accurate document test data, rework, and failure modes to help Engineering identify design or process issues.</li> <li>Lab maintenance: Assist in maintaining the lab environment to clean and safe standards, including equipment calibration.</li> </ul> <h4><br>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>4+ years of electronics testing experience in an electronics RD environment</li> <li>Technical literacy: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings, bill of materials (BOMs) and technical datasheets.</li> <li>Product development: Understanding of product development lifecycles, reliability, and compliance testing.</li> <li>Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Self-organizing: Able to prioritize simultaneous tasks in an electronics lab/test environment</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <h4><br>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Education: Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields.</li> <li>Certified in IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD and other assembly and inspection standards.</li> <li>Experience in building test cables, including crimping contacts, soldering connectors, and reading wiring diagrams.</li> <li>Experience using ECAD viewers (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.) to locate components on a board layout.</li> <li>Environmental testing: Familiarity with thermal chambers, vibration tables, and burn-in procedures.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$68,000</span><span class="divider"></span><span>$90,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
