In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of highly skilled test technicians as part of the Dev Test team and performing hardware testing on a variety of systems and structures! This will require the ability to manage technicians and setup and run various testing equipment. <br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="a436c05b-750d-45a3-ab1a-af057a6d4932">Manage team of test technicians, </li> <li data-uuid="bc95f5d9-0aa1-450d-9e10-1f1ce1181b30">Test items ranging from small integrated electronics systems to whole aircraft fuselages and large structures</li> <li data-uuid="3ee5f5fe-5c32-4dd1-899d-a6a12df2db80">Operate and maintain thermal chambers, vibration tables, data acquisition systems and structural testing equipment as needed to execute test objectives</li> <li data-uuid="80640c32-44ec-42d9-b6aa-921265dadc08">Build test equipment and execute test procedures to inform and validate design decisions</li> <li data-uuid="22870967-f8d6-4bdf-b99e-6c209c40708c">Support critical hardware demonstrations with customers as needed</li> <li data-uuid="18122606-c684-4ac6-ae72-555534cfa701">Travel to test sites as needed</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="9a0ad964-e6c8-4b77-80b3-69ed1697a433">5+ years of professional experience in an engineering technician capacity or similar</li> <li data-uuid="f3e5b4a9-d825-418a-b088-90b834fe88cd">2+ years of experience managing or supervising in an engineering test lab</li> <li data-uuid="1602a5a7-099f-47b0-955e-37e84f14978e">Experience with wire harnessing, electrical layout, and enclosure build-out</li> <li data-uuid="56bd9bfd-64cd-4191-86ae-470c47e8140d">Experience in preparing and executing test procedures with high levels of attention to detail</li> <li data-uuid="d5979381-c4fc-4974-85bc-3f1953f5d315">Instrumentation installation and checkout experience</li> <li data-uuid="8b85bca7-f01c-40b9-b676-e32db41e1dff">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, flexible team environment.</li> <li data-uuid="002b98a4-4a34-44f3-be70-2c11b0dfc49f">Eligible to obtain / maintain a U.S. Security Clearance</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="4716bdea-48a5-4228-8e5d-5e2be921c6c4">Familiarity with DAQ system setup and collection</li> <li data-uuid="f6c0729f-2a8a-4cc6-89ef-2a4af7baad66">Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems such as motors, computers, and power systems</li> <li data-uuid="36a3e8ae-fb4a-45c1-9e3a-6a74a1cb645b">Familiarity with hydraulics and hydraulic actuators</li> <li data-uuid="dd2a03db-5861-43f8-8557-2384d947d7f8">Experience with machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and 3D printing</li> <li data-uuid="68a545e6-bf62-4fdc-b393-1d4c3bc293c8">Demonstrated sense of drive and ability to work in cross-functional teams effectively</li> </ul><div c ...
