<p>As a Training Program Manager, you will manage all phases of training for a cornerstone program within our Air Dominance and Strike Division (ADS). ADS is one of Anduril’s fastest growing, most technical complex divisions, and their remit is to develop and build collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The Training Program Manager is responsible for all developmental training tasks and will establish a vision for how to execute training on the program using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. You must be able to work independently and will have responsibility to deliver training CDRLs while also working as part of a broader Integrated Product Support team. This roles requires a breadth of understanding of both military and commercial training, training technologies and approaches, experience working on government autonomous systems, and a deep appreciation for details.<br><br>As the Training Program Manager, you will also create plans to resource and execute world-class technical training instruction. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Anduril’s approach to product training while driving results for your specific business line and products. <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage all phases of training from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, and managing technical performance to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are attained.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain training systems, standards, and data to ensure accurate and efficient operations across all of logistics management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, program management, logistics, and technical documentation to establish concepts, criteria, and efforts for product training, adoption, and execution.</li>
<li>Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management as needed.</li>
<li>Influence and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms / conditions of contract(s).</li>
<li>Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners. Use critical thinking to engage the right teams to help.</li>
</ul>
<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in DoD / government operations and/or training experience, ideally with autonomous systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated technical expertise and application of training management principles, concepts, and practice.</li>
<li>Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workstreams to meet established deadlines and milestones.</li>
