The Workplace Operations team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational aspects of a work environment to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive work experience and reports through the Director of Facilities. <br><br>As a Workplace Manager, you will assist in developing and managing the operations of a world class facilities program. The right candidate will have strong analytical ability, exceptional communication skills, ability to build business partnerships with third party providers and ability to resolve challenging problems with minimal guidance.</p> <h3>About the Job</h3> <p>Anduril is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Workplace Manager. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for supporting our facilities in Orange County, California focusing on internal office operation functions that contribute to the overall success of Anduril. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities like managing vendors, owning the floor plan, and management of the facility and employee population. No two days will look alike and no task is too small, as you hold the highest bar for execution. You play a pivotal role in creating an efficient, productive, and employee-friendly work environment, contributing to the overall success of Anduril.</p> <h4>What You’ll Do</h4> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day general office operations, including coordinating logistics and support across teams such as Production, RD, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership in the southern California region.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment.</li> <li>Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring alignment with current and future headcount needs.</li> <li>Manage all office maintenance and repair requests, preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.</li> <li>Manage all vendor relationships for all office-related services (e.g., cleaning services, and maintenance support).</li> <li>Plan, manage, and deliver workplace-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.</li> <li>Coordinate internal team events and external client events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement.</li> <li>Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.</li> <li>Develop and deliver clear communication to employees about workplace updates, changes, and improvements, ensuring transparency and alignment.</li> </ul> <h4>Required Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>3+ years of related experience.
