<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We’re looking for an Commerical Account Manager. The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in Fivetran's growth by driving customer expansion, cross sell and usage. AMs own their book of business and manage customer contracting, upsells and renewals. The AM will manage customer contracts from planning through negotiation to execution. AMs are responsible for tiering accounts, strategizing growth use cases via connector and usage addition.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p>
<ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own incremental growth of your book of business by retaining and expanding customers. </span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Approach your book of business with a strategic mindset and tier your book of business to prioritize and refine your outreach and planning.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and drive increased usage of Fivetran to help our customers realize positive business outcomes from our modern data solution. Research and plan tailored outreach to customers to drive consultative discussions around potential new use cases and cross sell opportunities.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product and other teams to drive a positive customer experience, while establishing deep and meaningful relationships with our users. </span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish and maintain strong relationships with our Partner and SI counterparts to execute on customers data architecture plans.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Own all contracting within your book of business including, renewals, upsells and amendments.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide accurate, timely forecasts for renewals and amendments, ensuring SFDC and forecasting tools are updated in real-time.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Gather customer insights and feedback to share with sales, product, and leadership teams.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop customer relationships with the goal of creating customer advocates.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></span></p>
