We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.</p></div><p><strong><strong>About the Role</strong></strong></p> <p>We are excited to be growing our Business Development organization and are currently seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to oversee the recruitment, management, and training of our Enterprise Business Development team.</p> <p>You will work closely with Sales and Marketing management to ensure the effective generation of pipeline and your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and implementing strategic tactics for both inbound and outbound business development.</p> <p>This position will report to our Director, BDR EMEA and is a full-time position based in London.</p> <p><strong><strong>Technologies You’ll Use</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce</li> <li>Outreach</li> <li>LinkedIn Sales Navigator</li> <li>Demandbase</li> <li>Zoominfo</li> <li>Looker<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>As a manager, you'll lead our Enterprise Business Development team, ensuring the achievement of activity targets to generate new demand on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.</li> <li>You'll actively promote an environment that fosters the development of best practices, encouraging sharing across the broader team.</li> <li>Collaboration with sales and marketing leadership will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of overall strategies.</li> <li>You will collaborate with our People team to apply best practices in recruiting top talent for your team.</li> <li>You will provide coaching to our current team members, supporting them in reaching their maximum potential.</li> <li>Contribute to our already vibrant, challenging, and results-oriented culture.<br> </li> </ul> <p><strong><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>1-2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally in SaaS or B2B technology) with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.</li> <li>2+ years in outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement. Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.</li> <li>You adeptly navigate change and uphold an optimistic perspective within fast-paced, target driven work environments.</li> <li>Embrace our core value of "Getting Stuck In".
