In this role, you will have a high impact position within our sales organization, overseeing the recruitment, performance, and culture of our Enterprise Business Development team in our beautiful Oakland office. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing Management to ensure the effective generation of pipelines. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and implementing strategic tactics for both inbound and outbound business development. Additionally, you will play a vital role in our marketing and sales leadership team, contributing to the shaping of our BDR program as we expand globally. This position will report to our Senior BDR Manager.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. You will be expected to work from our Oakland office 3 days per week.
