In this role, you’ll partner with leading enterprise customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive mutual success. You’ll manage a full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, and collaborate across teams to achieve results.</p> <p>If you’re motivated by creating value for customers, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and want to make an impact at a fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p>This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK or Ireland, with a strong preference for candidates located in the London or Dublin areas.</p> <p><strong>Technologies You’ll Use</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Looker, Demandware, Ironclad, Workday</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment.</li> <li>Learn the fundamentals of Fivetran’s technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.</li> <li>Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.</li> <li>Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy.</li> <li>Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices.</li> <li>Build pipeline opportunities by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, and by working with technology partners and GSIs.</li> <li>Strategically engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.</li> <li>Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage.</li> </ul> <p><strong><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience selling enterprise solutions in the UKI market (typically 5+ years), with a record of delivering results.</li> <li>Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.</li> <li>Calm under pressure; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li>Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and communicate it clearly.</li> <li>Analytical and curious; able to identify opportunities and challenges through thoughtful evaluation.</li> <li>Motivated and positive; you bring persistence and energy to achieving goals.</li> <li>Adaptable and flexible when priorities shift or conditions change.</li> </ul> <p>As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran.
