<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Deal Desk Analyst works cross functionally as part of the global Deal Desk team, collaborating with Sales, Finance and Legal, to ensure efficient quoting, contracting, document review and accuracy to increase deal velocity and processing in Fivetran systems. The right person has a strong background in supporting a high volume as well as a complex contracting sales organization and excellent customer service skills. Teamwork, collaboration and experience with Enterprise business are critical to the success of the right candidate.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (ie: sales ops, finance, product, sales leadership, legal) to help facilitate timely and accurate deal closure.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage complex, nonstandard, predominantly Enterprise deals with multiple cross-functional partners</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide guidance to Account Executives/Sales Management on deal structures in order to meet customer requirements and maximize ARR.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Finance and Legal teams to craft contractual language to ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and business operational policies.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts and special terms for the sales teams using Deal Desk established guidelines and company best practices.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain an agreed upon Service level agreement (SLA) on approvals and deal review times.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of contracts, order forms and other document review and reporting.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in training activities for new quote and contracting processes for the sales organization.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and support process improvement efforts to streamline current procedures</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Cross-train with other Deal Desk functions to provide global coverage of quote, contracting and order management functions.</span></p>
