In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top GTM talent while championing Fivetran’s values.</span></p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a 12 month/40 hours per week, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices.</span></p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> </strong>Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles (Technical Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Alliances and Marketing)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with GTM leaders across N AMER, EMEA and APAC, providing strategic hiring guidance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts</span></li> </ul> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of GTM SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven success hiring for GTM roles including senior-level positions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">#LI-HYBRID #LI-SR1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role.
