We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We're looking for a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Commercial, to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in empowering our commercial sales organization to achieve peak performance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this strategic role, you will partner closely with Commercial Leadership to develop and execute a world-class enablement program focused on driving growth across the entire customer lifecycle – from acquisition to renewals and beyond. You'll leverage your expertise in sales methodologies, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to equip our salesforce with the tools, knowledge, and strategies they need to win.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build strong, collaborative relationships with Commercial Leadership to ensure enablement initiatives directly address their strategic priorities.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leverage data and analytics to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design targeted enablement programs that demonstrably improve sales effectiveness.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute enablement programs specifically designed to optimize acquisition motions, inclusive of proactive outbound motions, and drive new customer growth.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and translate those insights into actionable strategies and training materials for the sales team.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create strategic and focused enablement programs that align with upcoming marketing campaigns and competitor activity.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with the SVP of Commercial Sales, to ensure a global alignment of the enablement strategy, tailoring programs where necessary for regional considerations.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and curate a comprehensive library of high-quality enablement materials, including sales collateral, training modules, and coaching resources.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage and scale the onboarding program for the Revenue organization focused on reducing ramp time for new hires and recently promoted hires.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Regularly analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven adjustments for ongoing optimization.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field within a B2 ...
