We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.</p></div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop the credit and collections team within a global service framework.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review strategic customer and partner accounts quarterly, emphasizing financial implications.</li> <li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of collections, customer service, and related processes across global operations.</li> <li>Ensure effective cash collection, account management, and credit handling for all global regions, including:</li> <ul> <li>Monitoring outstanding receivables and implementing collection strategies.</li> <li>Pursuing past-due invoices and negotiating payment arrangements.</li> <li>Resolving customer disputes, while demonstrating our Love our Customers Value.</li> <li>Managing service suspension for non-payment.</li> <li>Processing accounts receivable refunds.</li> <li>Identifying and managing high-risk accounts.</li> </ul> <li>Establish team goals and monitor performance against credit and collections targets (KPIs) in a global environment.</li> <li>Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures.</li> <li>Refine quarterly objectives for aging, cash, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and track progress for global services.</li> <li>Calculate the allowance for bad debt.</li> <li>Foster a customer-centric approach and maintain strong working relationships with order to cash, and other leaders in a global setting. </li> <li>Partner with Senior Manager, Billing and Collections to drive process improvements across global territories. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in Credit and Collections.</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience managing people in a global or shared service setting.</li> <li>Experience with technology companies and/or SaaS</li> <li>Familiar with Gemini AI or Chat GBT</li> <li>Previous experience with online collections tools (i.e. High Radius, Versapay, GetPaid, Tesorio) </li> <li>Solid knowledge of customer intake ticketing systems </li> <li>Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite, Oracle or SAP)</li> <li>Preferred experience with Salesforce, Slack, Workday, Google G-suite, Zoom </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and results-oriented approach. </li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with senior management. </li> </ul> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>P23142_3171243</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">What you can look forward to as a Full-Time Okta employee!</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Amazing <a href="https://rewards.okta.com/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://rewards.okta.com/source=gmailust=1677948559087000usg=AOvVaw0Smv8KiGrXS3C1_LQmHF9D">Benefits</a></span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Making <a href="https://www.okta.com/okta-for-good/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.okta.com/okta-for-good/source=gmailust=1677948559087000usg=AOvVaw2kKFyZVPp9NLrjKMOBXtWi">Social Impact</a></span></li> <li>Developing <a href="https://www.okta.com/company/">Talen ...
