This role will cover the Northeast Atlantic territory (Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, United States). </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>A Typical Day: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead a team of Market Associates Market Managers responsible for maximizing partner relationships with Airbnb Homes Hosts and achieving KPIs and business performance goals. Guide teams on territory and local strategies for supply optimization, acquisition and optimization. Know how to direct the different teams based on Host segmentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactively set priorities, develop supply strategy plans for the full funnel of Stays supply and assign resources for areas managed.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the Supply, Country Manager leadership and other teams within Airbnb to drive cross-functional business initiatives.
