To do this, we need to be experts in the guest and Host experience and in how the product, operations, policies function together to deliver the Airbnb experience. Pull critical signals from research, raw data (via SQL/Python), and frontline conversations, turning them into validated journeys, key moments, and business requirements.</li> <li><strong>Actionable Insights:</strong> Uncover high-impact insights that inform decision-makers across the company about necessary improvements benefiting both the customer and the business.
