In this pivotal role, you'll redefine the host onboarding experience and make it seamless for anyone to become a successful host on Airbnb.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You'll drive product strategy that improves growth and conversion of our host onboarding funnels, directly impacting new active listings and first-time booked listings.
