<p>The Enterprise Operations organization at Airbnb is instrumental in powering the company's growth and expansion on a global scale. Through AI and people-powered operations, this team maximizes the effectiveness, utilization, and impact of our supply, ensuring hosts and guests can seamlessly connect.</p>
<p>The Supply Enablement team, within the Enterprise organization, serves as a strategic partner to global field and vendor teams by driving standardized strategy, tools, and best practices at scale. Focused on empowering Acquisition and Supply Market Managers, the team leverages data-driven insights and operational rigor to accelerate onboarding, improve host performance, and drive sustainable growth. The APAC Enablement function operates as an embedded regional partner, localizing these global frameworks to meet market needs and working closely with regional leaders to ensure enablement is timely, relevant, and impactful, balancing global alignment with local expertise to deliver results.</p>

<p>We’re looking for a seasoned Enablement Manager to lead enablement for Homes and Hotels, driving consistent acquisition, growth, and retention of high-quality supply. This role will own onboarding, training, and continuous development for field and vendor teams, ensuring they are equipped to drive front line business performance. You will localize global enablement programs for regional relevance, partner cross-functionally to collect and share feedback, and leverage enablement tools and insights to continuously improve outcomes.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>A Typical Day: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the growth of the APAC Destination Business by collaborating with the APAC Head of Homes to build powerful fact based narratives for the multiple regional launches and go to market initiatives</li>
<li>Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Acquisition and Account Management teams (both internal and vendors) across APAC</li>
<li>Localize global enablement content, sales pitches, and narratives to reflect regional market needs</li>
<li>Design and deliver role-based training programs, including mock calls, certifications, and playbooks</li>
<li>Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Policy, and regional leaders to align enablement with business priorities</li>
<li>Drive adoption of enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong) and translate insights into actionable coaching and performance improvements</li>
<li>Create structured feedback loops to bring field insights back to central teams and incorporate into training material</li>
<li>Track and report on enablement impact (ramp time, performance, certification, revenue impact)</li>
