If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!</p></div><p>Billing is a full stack engineering group automating revenue workflows and building end-to-end payment and billing capabilities for all of Figma’s customers, from two-person teams to the Fortune 500. Our work is essential for Figma's continuous growth and innovation, playing a key role in each new product launch.</p> <p>We’re looking for an experienced and accomplished engineering leader to join us in our mission to scale Figma’s business while upholding the quality and craft our users love. Your team will be responsible for key areas such as checkout, invoicing, customer lifecycle, pricing and packaging, metered billing, and subscription lifecycle management. You’ll partner closely with Accounting, Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and GTM to chart the course for these features and use them to help Figma’s customers access everything Figma has to offer and budget for future expansion.</p> <p>This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.</p> <h4><strong>What you'll do at Figma:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap that delivers a world-class user experience </li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional partners and engineering teams to creatively solve complex problems</li> <li>Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers, including staff level engineers</li> <li>Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other organizational leaders</li> <li>Grow your career within an engaged and creative engineering community</li> <li>Figma is committed to building an inclusive and diverse team and culture. We expect all of our leaders to help drive these initiatives through hiring, community events, and cross-functional programs across Figma</li> </ul> <h4><strong>We’d love to hear from you if you have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager</li> <li>Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps, on both short and longer term time horizons</li> <li>Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional environments</li> <li>Experience with billing, SaaS monetization and/or payments infrastructure</li> </ul> <h4><strong>While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Strong product sense, with a demonstrated history of developing elegant solutions to complex problems</li> <li>Experience thriving in collaborative, cross-team settings</li> <li>Proven success in building and leading a geographically distributed team, effectively managing members across various time zones and locations</li> </ul> <p>At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
