In this hybrid role you’ll manage day-to-day office operations, provide a welcoming experience for employees and guests, and support critical people operations initiatives—from onboarding to benefits to union relations.<br><br>This is a full time in-person role that will be based in our Tel Aviv hub. </p> <p><strong>What you'll do at Figma:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the face of the office by welcoming and assisting guests, vendors and employees upon arrival</li> <li>Coordinate logistics and hospitality for in-office meetings, events, and team offsite. Leading planning for events including celebrations, cultural holidays, employee resource group activities (Some may take place out of hours so flexibility is required)</li> <li>Ensure Workplace is clean, safe and fully operational each day- including managing restocking supplies, office equipment and facilities requests.</li> <li>Partner with People team to facilitate in-region onboarding including right to work checks, in person paperwork and onboarding content.</li> <li>Provide language translation or interpretation support for employee communications, vendors, local governments, paperwork as needed. Advise the People Team on how to tailor messages for cultural nuance in the region.</li> <li>Lead health and safety efforts locally and serve as liaison for between Figma and employee representative bodies and local unions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We'd love to hear from you if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in HR administration</li> <li>2-3 years of experience in startup, tech</li> <li>Highly proficient in google applications and Mac support</li> <li>Independent problem-solving, self-directed able to handle confidential information</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Organizational and time management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with tools like Asana, Fresh Service and Figma</li> <li>Event management experience</li> <li>Project management experience</li> <li>Health and safety experience</li> </ul> <div class="section page-centered"> <div> <div>At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
