<p>We’re looking for a Recruiting Associate to join our Talent Enablement team supporting Figma Weave. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting our team with scheduling, ensuring interviews run smoothly and efficiently, and supporting our Tier 1 recruiting requests, which help unblock our recruiting team and ensure an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate for this role is able to manage schedules, communications, and partnerships with ease. This role is essential in elevating our recruiting, interviewer and candidate experience. You’ll work closely with recruiters, leaders, and executive assistants to make sure all their collective needs are supported. </p>
<p>This is a full time role held from our Tel Aviv Office.</p>
<h4><strong>What you’ll do at Figma:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters and internal partners. Develop strong relationships and champion Figma's culture throughout the interview process.</li>
<li>Coordinate a high volume of sophisticated scheduling requests including zoom screens, assessments, presentations, virtual onsite interviews and pre/post-interview meetings with supporting confidential and time-sensitive hiring process.</li>
<li>Use Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, to organize information and reinforce relevant recruiting processes across the team. Use ModernLoop, our interview scheduling tool, to schedule and handle interviews. </li>
<li>Partner with Executive Assistants to create harmonious candidate/interviewer experience</li>
<li>Partner with the recruiting team to support all functions including communication, scheduling support, training, troubleshooting and process improvement.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements and enhance candidate experience, contributing to the continuous evolution of recruitment strategies and team efficiency.</li>
<li>Handle Tier 1 Recruiting Requests in our ticketing system, FreshService: Scope, solve and respond to internal tickets regarding candidate processing, job posts, recruiting tools, offers, etc.</li>
<li>Improve the quality of our ATS by identifying gaps in data integrity, recommending solutions and completing new data hygiene projects</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>We'd love to hear from you if you have:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience or equivalent experience</li>
<li>A great teammate mentality - you’re willing to adjust and help where needed</li>
<li>Knowledge of the recruiting process and experience navigating an ATS</li>
<li>A customer service mentality; you optimize for candidate and partner experience and can translate information quickly and clearly to the end user</li>
<li>You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and Hebrew</li>
<li>You’re comfortable making decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS, ModernLoop Scheduling Tool, Google Suite, Slack and Asana</li>
<li>You are naturally curious and ask questions/capture evidence to identify the root cause of an issue</li>
<li>Proven track record to prioritize tasks</li>
