<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Act as a <strong>strategic Finance Business Partner</strong> to core Corporate functions including <strong>Corporate Business Development, Risk Management, Tax, Government Relations, and Environmental, Health Safety</strong>, providing insight‑driven financial guidance to support decision‑making</li>
<li>Lead <strong>monthly financial controlling and performance analysis</strong>, ensuring strong governance, compliance with internal controls, and clear visibility of financial results across assigned corporate functions</li>
<li>Own <strong>month‑end close activities</strong>, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting for responsible functions</li>
<li>Drive <strong>monthly forecasting and annual budgeting</strong>, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust financial plans</li>
<li>Support <strong>monthly corporate and group reporting</strong>, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and clarity for senior management and regional stakeholders</li>
<li>Play a key role in the <strong>annual budgeting cycle</strong>, including planning, consolidation, and management review support</li>
<li>Identify and <strong>drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives</strong>, enabling sustainable financial performance across corporate functions</li>
<li>Support and lead <strong>financial transformation initiatives</strong>, including implementation of new finance platforms, MA integrations, and other corporate reporting and finance projects</li>
