Your work will directly support ALD, PE-ALD, and Epitaxy applications, enabling the next generation of memory chips and microprocessors. Collaborating across RD and engineering teams, you’ll bring innovative concepts to life and drive them into high-volume manufacturing. </div> <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design mechanical systems and products supporting ASM process chambers using sound engineering principles</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Drive data-based design decisions in a cross-functional team environment</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead hardware development from concept through testing and HVM readiness</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Create and manage 3D CAD models (Creo) and 2D drawings with GDT</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Perform engineering analysis including structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain product configuration using modern PLM tools</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Participate in design reviews and drive DFx activities</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with suppliers to resolve fabrication challenges</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Prepare documentation for manufacturing and testing</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Support cost estimation for new features and enhancements</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements:</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Master’s degree in mechanical engineering</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">2+ years of experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD (Creo preferred)</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with FEA and CFD tools (e.g., Ansys, Comsol)</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Familiarity with part fabrication methods (CNC, sheet metal, welding, coatings)</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Knowledge of GDT and engineering drawing standards</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Comfortable working in lab and cleanroom environments, including manual tasks</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience in semiconductor or capital equipment industry</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Knowledge of vacuum systems, wafer handling, gas/fluid delivery, robotics</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience with modern DFx practices</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Familiarity with SEMI standards (e.g., S2)</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience wit ...
