You’ll work with global teams to ensure smooth transitions from concept to execution, optimizing processes and aligning with operational needs. <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product baselines and change control requirements.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Identify components and assemblies to ensure successful implementation of product changes across operations and customer-installed bases.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Develop and refine product change management processes to improve efficiency and minimize inventory impact.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide product support to manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage engineering documentation and ensure adherence to standards.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Oversee planning functions to ensure effective change implementation dates.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain expertise in PLM and ERP systems, BOM platforms, and DMU modeling.</li>

<strong>What we are looking for</strong>
<ul>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Up to 3 years of experience in engineering or technical project management (internships and co-ops count).</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Coursework or exposure to Systems Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4 Hana).</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Basic proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (e.g., CREO).</li>
<li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Understanding of ASME Y14.5 GDT practices.</li>
</ul>
<strong>What sets you apart</strong>
