As Industrial Engineering Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly support ASM’s mission to deliver cutting-edge semiconductor solutions through efficient and scalable operations.</p> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers and team members to drive a strategy of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Provide Lean development and training through Kaizen participation and visual controls.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Optimize value streams by eliminating waste and improving flow across manufacturing.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design and own the Kaizen roadmap in partnership with Manufacturing Managers.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Facilitate office and factory walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities and escalate actions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead continuous improvement programs focused on labor hour reduction and cycle time improvements.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Actively participate in Kaizen events as both team member and leader.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Implement sustainable, results-oriented improvements—not just coach them.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate with supervisors and cell leads to improve single-piece flow.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Ensure Standard Work and transactional processes are created and followed.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Use performance and KPI boards to track team progress and escalate support needs.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Apply strong analytical skills and scientific problem-solving methods.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrate deep understanding of assembly and production methods.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Apply knowledge of Kanban and material replenishment systems.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage Tool Room operations for Manufacturing.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Collaborate across global teams and functions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Process, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven track record in project management and im ...
