Job's mission
Shape the future of semiconductor innovation through strategic customer partnerships. As an Account Management (snr) manager at ASM, you’ll lead global engagement with a key customer, aligning business opportunities with long-term technology needs. Your work will connect ASM’s innovations with customer success through insight, collaboration, and execution.
What you will be working on
Manage a key account globally for all the business issues, all ASM products and services with clear execution metrics
Drive increased share growth at key customer for all the product segments
Product and innovation introduction to the customer
Communicate with customers and find future application
Make presentation materials for internal/external use
Make strategic list of opportunities aligned with Sales/KAT/Process
Create JDP opportunity for new products and new application engagement
Achieve minimum of one new application penetration per year
Communicate with Product Management and Development Management to find a way to engage with customers.
Develop deep customer relationships across the customers’ organization
Build a high performing local commercial organization
Identify emerging regional growth opportunities and develop business strategy
Build strong relationships within key customer functions and tier suppliers
Must be able to effectively coordinate strategic efforts of various internal multi-regional sales and technical support teams
Develop short/long-term partnership programs with key customer's fab and procurement div., by doing that, improve sales revenue
What we are looking for
At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales for key account - Sales / Marketing / Purchasing
B.S. in an engineering discipline is plus
Large account management experience
Knowledge of thin film deposition systems
Having a superior ability to drive the strategy within a global matrixed organization is preferred
Deep and extensive professional network with key account executives
Good communication skill with customer RD, Manufacturing Purchasing understanding technology and the Products
Continuous interest in new Technology
Keep interest in new technology in semiconductor device manufacturing
Bilingual / Fluent in English and Japanese
