<p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p>
<ul>

<div>Manage the <strong>Samsung global account</strong> across all business topics, products, and services, including Korea, US and China, with clear execution metrics.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Drive <strong>share growth</strong> across all ASM product segments at <strong>SEC</strong>.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Introduce new <strong>products, technologies, and innovations</strong> to the customer.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Identify customer needs, uncover new applications, and communicate future opportunities.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use.</div>
</li>

<div>Build a <strong>strategic opportunity pipeline</strong>, aligned with Sales/KAT/Process teams.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Create <strong>JDP opportunities</strong> for new products and new application engagements.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Achieve <strong>a minimum of one new application penetration per year</strong>.</div>
</li>

<div>Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to strengthen customer engagement.</div>

<div>Develop deep and trusted customer relationships across the organization.</div>

<div>Build and lead a <strong>high‑performing commercial organization in Korea</strong>.</div>

<div>Identify emerging regional growth opportunities and develop business strategies accordingly.</div>

<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<div><strong>15+ years</strong> of semiconductor capital equipment experience with SEC accounts (Sales / Marketing / Purchasing).</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>B.S. degree in an <strong>engineering discipline</strong> (preferred).Deep knowledge of <strong>FEOL deposition</strong> applications.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Proven experience in <strong>large account management</strong>.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Strong understanding of <strong>thin film deposition systems</strong>.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Ability to drive strategy within a <strong>global matrix organization</strong>.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Extensive professional network with <strong>Samsung Semiconductor executives</strong>.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div>Excellent communication skills across RD, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, with strong technical understanding.</div>
