The hardware includes robotics, gas valves, temperature controllers and other hardware. Come join our team and have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead software development to build the most competitive semiconductor capital equipment products.</li> <li>Drive innovation and quality of semiconductor equipment software.</li> <li>Build strong and growing team of software developers.</li> <li>Work with a global team full of talented software engineers.</li> <li>Work in Phoenix, the heart of the next SEMI tech hub.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Define software development plans for the BUs and be responsible for generating software roadmap and delivering software for multiple products at the same time</li> <li>Ensure high quality software development with first-time-right and strongly collaborating with software quality team.</li> <li>Measure and maintain internal customer satisfaction. </li> <li>Collaborate with other software engineering leaders globally to establish and implement software strategy.</li> <li>Plan and manage on-time execution of multiple software baselines.</li> <li>Develop schedules for software development efforts.</li> <li>Ensure high quality software development with strong collaboration between software development and other teams including process engineering, hardware engineering and software quality teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field</li> <li>12+ years’ experience in software baseline management and software development</li> <li>5+ years experience in technical people leadership roles</li> <li>Strong software development skills in C++</li> <li>Experience with customer-oriented software baseline management and release planning</li> <li>Experience with modern software technologies with strong development background</li> <li>Ability to drive ...
