You’ll work directly with customers to optimize tool performance and ensure ASM solutions meet their evolving needs. This role is a key technical interface, bridging customer teams and ASM’s global expertise to deliver outstanding results.</p> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer process support, troubleshooting, and escalation resolution.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Lead equipment qualification during installation start-up, ensuring customer specifications, timelines, and ASM budgets are met.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Monitor and trace tool performance through installation, start-up, and warranty phases, driving containment and long-term solutions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Design and conduct experiments with customers to support development, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Share technical insights and lessons learned across ASM’s key account and Global Sales and Services teams.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations to ensure consistent follow-up with stakeholders.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating future needs and delivering sustainable solutions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Continuously improve the customer experience through team collaboration, process refinement, and support tool development.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">MS or Ph.D. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">At least 15 years of experience in semiconductor process or equipment engineering.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Hands-on experience with deposition tools and deep expertise in a specific process area.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong English and Korean communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Willingness to travel up to 25%, including extended periods for training and customer engagement.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What sets you apart</strong></p> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience in EPI, Thermal ALD, PEALD, or PECVD.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience leading JDP/JEP evaluation projects.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Proven ability to manage escalations and coordinate action plans across teams and suppliers.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusi ...
