<h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4>
<p>We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner for our high-potential Growth customers. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between relationship management and revenue generation. You will own a book of ~120-150 customers and be responsible for retaining their revenue, driving full platform adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand their Brex usage. You will be tasked with understanding their financial workflows—accounting processes to stakeholder dynamics—and translating those insights into measurable business value.</p>
<p><strong>Where You’ll Work</strong></p>
<p>This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!</p>
<h4><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of customers, ensuring Brex is an essential part of how our customers operate</li>
<li>Drive revenue by proactively identifying expansion opportunities and tying Brex’s value to measurable business results - including running structured discovery calls, creating commercial proposals, and negotiating pricing terms</li>
<li>Deeply understand each customer’s workflows, accounting processes, and financial priorities to uncover pain points and steer stakeholder dynamics to influence full adoption</li>
<li>Build relationships across multiple levels of stakeholders (from controller up to CFO) across the finance team, tailoring your communication and value framing to each audience and flagging risks or opportunities early with a recommended plan of action</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Risk, Underwriting, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure we are balancing customer needs with revenue impact</li>
<li>Bring operational excellence through strong documentation, proactive communication, and project management. Keep customers and internal teams aligned on progress, blockers, and next steps via forecasting, CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and deal qualification.</li>
<li>Lead quarterly business reviews to translate insights and data into recommendations that help customers maximize their ROI from Brex</li>
