Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>Available Locations: </strong>Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Head of Global Real Estate Workplace</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and creative <strong>Senior Manager, Global Internal Events</strong> to lead and scale our global internal events program. In this highly visible role, you will shape experiences that creatively engage employees, reinforce our culture, and bring our values to life across all global hubs.</p> <p>You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing operational excellence with creativity. With a hospitality mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll partner closely with executives, cross-functional teams, and site leads to deliver consistent, memorable, and culturally resonant events that connect employees around the world. </p> <p>This position is based in Austin, TX, reporting directly to the Head of Global Real Estate Workplace. It requires a full-time, in-office presence (Monday through Friday), with occasional evening hours as needed to accommodate event schedules.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Global Events Leadership</strong>: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global workplace-supported internal events - including hub activations, team onsites, celebrations, employee experiences, and the startup program. Your team also owns the recruiting, management, and support of the Global Site Lead program. As an expert in your field, you bring a deep understanding of cultural and local nuances to ensure events resonate authentically with employees in each region.</li> <li><strong>Team Mentorship Collaboration</strong>: Manage and mentor the Global Internal Events Manager. Partner with Workplace Operations teams and site leads worldwide to spark creativity, share best practices, and deliver impactful events across hubs.</li> <li><strong>Employee Engagement ERG Support:</strong> Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support planning and execution of key cultural events, with focus on prominent identity- and mission-driven observances.</li> <li><strong>Communications</strong>: Own internal communications for the Places team, ensuring events and initiatives are clearly, consistently, and creatively communicated across multiple formats to maximize visibility, engagement and participation.</li> <li><strong>Scalable Frameworks</strong>: Establish a global event calendar, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and high-quality experiences across global hubs.
