You will sit at the intersection of business strategy, process optimization, and technology, ensuring that the path from identifying a need to cutting a Purchase Requisition (PR) is seamless, compliant, and data-driven.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Manage Sourcing Contracting Operations:</strong> Serve as the operational lead for the end-to-end sourcing and contracting lifecycle. You will manage the throughput and execution of sourcing events (RFx) and contract generation, ensuring the tactical "machinery" of the deal flow is efficient.</li> <li><strong>Optimize the Source-to-PR Lifecycle:</strong> Act as the process owner for the sourcing and requisitioning workflow. You will identify friction points, eliminate manual handoffs, and execute the strategy to automate the user journey for stakeholders across Waymo.</li> <li><strong>Orchestrate System Processes:</strong> Serve as the primary business owner for our procurement tech stack processes, specifically within SAP Ariba and Ironclad. You will drive system integration improvements, ensuring contract metadata flows seamlessly into purchasing execution.</li> <li><strong>Drive Spend Intelligence:</strong> Manage the Spend Cube operations. You will maintain data taxonomy and integrity, ensuring that our sourcing activities translate into clean, actionable data for category managers and finance leaders.</li> <li><strong>Lead Process Transformation:</strong> Analyze process performance metrics (cycle times, catalog adoption, touchless PRs) to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will facilitate cross-functional workshops with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to streamline approvals.</li> <li><strong>Manage Change Governance:</strong> Maintain and govern the policies that control how Waymo buys. You will lead change management efforts for new tool rollouts, ensuring high adoption rates and user satisfaction across the engineering and business teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>7+ years</strong> of experience in Procurement Operations, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Systems, with a specific focus on the "Source-to-Pay" or "Source-to-Contract" lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Deep Technical Fluency:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying Invoicing modules) and Ironclad (CLM).
