They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.</span></p> <p> </p></div><h2><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">About the Role</span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">xAI is seeking an engaging and professional security champion to support the ongoing growth of the organization’s safety program. Reporting to the Security Operations Lead, the Security Specialist will be prepared for response to security related incidents on site at all times. The Security Specialist is a critical member of the onsite security team and will operate with a heightened sense of security awareness.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This is an in-person role based in Memphis, Tennessee, and may require minimal travel.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In concert with site security guards, act as immediate response for on-site security issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform periodic inspections of data hall equipment and personnel.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support the Security Ops Lead with on-site security guard force oversight.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Audit security procedures and identify process improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Document all security-related incidents with detailed reports. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Help facilitate and participate in drills that maintain readiness for emergency situations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Adapt to various roles within the security team, taking on different tasks based on operational needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This role will operate on either a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-ser ...
