<p data-start="179" data-end="590">Navan is seeking an accomplished <strong data-start="212" data-end="236">Senior GTM Recruiter</strong> to execute on our multi-org recruiting strategy, focused on building and scaling a strong pipeline of GTM talent across Marketing, Revenue Operations, and broader revenue functions. In this pivotal and dynamic role, you will own sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier GTM professionals who drive pipeline generation, operational excellence, and growth.</p> <p data-start="592" data-end="939">You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with GTM leadership to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through close. If you are driven by results, passionate about building high-performing GTM organizations, and eager to contribute to Navan’s continued growth, this is the role for you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruiting process across GTM functions, including Marketing, Revenue Operations, and related roles.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build and maintain strong outbound pipeline using creative sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and data insights</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner effectively with stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure alignment, communication, and hiring velocity</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop a deep understanding of headcount plans, hiring forecasts, and business priorities to proactively drive hiring against targets</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer and onboarding</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the Talent Brand team to support employer branding initiatives and targeted campaigns that attract top GTM talent</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive recruiting projects and process improvements to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advise and influence hiring managers on market trends, interview best practices, and inclusive hiring strategies</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience hiring for GTM functions such as Marketing, Revenue Operations, or related roles; experience scaling non-Sales GTM teams strongly preferred</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven success building outbound pipeline and hiring high-impact GTM talent</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Data-driven approach with strong ability to use metrics to influence hiring decisions and optimize processes</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Resilient and adaptable in ambiguous environments, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and ModernLoop preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need.
