<p>Navan is modernizing the infrastructure of business travel, expense, and spend management — and data is central to that mission. We are seeking a <strong>Senior GTM Data Quality Analyst</strong> to own the integrity and trustworthiness of our go-to-market data, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move faster and smarter.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, measuring, and improving the quality of GTM data across systems, with a focus on solving problems at the point of data creation. You’ll also own the integration and management of third-party data sources into our CRM, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability across the GTM tech stack.</p> <p>You’ll partner cross-functionally with system owners, data analysts, and operations teams to build scalable data quality practices that support revenue growth and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on getting into the details of complex data problems while building processes and tooling that scale.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own all phases of GTM data quality projects from project planning through execution and completion</li> <li>Define and maintain data quality rules, standards, metrics, and processes, including ROI calculations</li> <li>Build Data Quality dashboards and other methods to measure and report on data quality</li> <li>Lead the integration and maintenance of 3rd party data sources into our CRM , ensuring proper mapping, deduplication, and usage across systems</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to identify and fix data quality issues using sustainable and best-practice tools and processes</li> <li>Maintain a backlog of data quality issues, priorities, and status</li> <li>Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term, scalable solutions</li> <li>Collaborate across multiple stakeholders and elevate critical issues and blockers to leadership when necessary</li> <li>Lead the central design and operationalization of GTM territories in partnership with Sales Strategy, ensuring scalable, data-driven segmentation across geographies, segments, and roles</li> <li>Maintain clear, centralized documentation of territory logic, segmentation rules, and account assignment workflows to ensure transparency and consistency</li> <li>Build tools and dashboards to monitor territory coverage, account distribution, and rep capacity, enabling leadership to make informed planning decisions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent</li> <li>3+ years of Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and/or Marketing Operations</li> <li>3+ years of experience managing 3rd party data vendors or providers</li> <li>Experience owning 3rd party data integrations into a CRM, including field mapping, deduplication logic, and system performance impact</li> <li>5+ years of experience developing complex SQL, including multi-table joins and analytical functions</li> <li>3+ years interfacing with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms</li> <li>3+ years managing projects end-to-end, including task definition, work estimation, and status reporting</li> <li>Experience solving for data quality problems in Salesforce</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments with adaptability and focus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced in SQL and other analytics tools Snowflake, BigQuery, Etc</li> <li>Experience with territory data management</li> <li>Experience working for a B2B SaaS or high-growth software company</li> <li>Prior exposure to 3rd party data strategy across a globally diverse user base</li> <li>Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA or ServiceNow</li> </ul>
