<p>As a Specialist I, Facility Management, you will ensure safe, stable, and efficient facility operations for our RD environment. You will maintain and improve critical utilities—especially gas supply and abatement systems—and support the design and installation of utility infrastructure for PEALD RD equipment. This role combines hands‑on maintenance with project execution and compliance, enabling reliable lab operations.</p>

<p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and troubleshoot <strong>utility supply systems</strong> (gas/chemical, abatement, facility utilities) to ensure stable operation</li>
<li>Review facility/equipment specifications, evaluate system performance, and propose improvements for efficiency</li>
<li><strong>Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules</strong>; supervise and coordinate contractors for on‑site work</li>
<li>Design and manage facility expansion, layout changes, and system implementations</li>
<li>Conduct<strong> </strong>project cost analysis, prepare budgets, and track execution</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., chemical control laws, high‑pressure gas safety) and prepare reports/documentation</li>
<li>Support utility installation for PEALD RD tools and related semiconductor sub‑equipment</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field</li>
<li><strong>3+ years</strong> as a Facility Engineer or similar role</li>
<li>Practical knowledge of <strong>gas and chemical supply systems</strong> used in semiconductor equipment</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with <strong>utility setup</strong> for semiconductor tools</li>
<li>Experience operating <strong>abatement systems</strong> (e.g., Burn‑Wet Scrubber) and <strong>gas supply systems</strong> (e.g., Gas Cabinets, V.M.B)</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>semiconductor utility system maintenance</strong> and <strong>relevant safety regulations</strong></li>
<li>Engineering certifications in gas and/or refrigeration/HVAC (or equivalent) — required</li>
<li>Strong problem‑solving skills and <strong>project execution</strong> experience</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills; self‑driven and responsible work style</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office, and PLCs</strong></li>
<li>Fluent in English and Korean</li>
