A clear mission, a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to experiment empower us individually and together deliver the best products for our clients and users.</p> <p>We’re looking for two People Partners - one that will serve our Go-To-Market organization and one that will serve our Engineering and Product teams, along with the broader Array organization. </p> <p>Working closely with the Senior Director of People, Talent Strategy Team, and functional leadership across GTM and/or Engineering and Product, you will translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and programs that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, owning and executing talent initiatives aligned to the specific needs of your client group, while flexing across the People team to support broader company priorities in a small, high-growth environment.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to make an immediate and meaningful impact by shaping and executing people and talent strategies that support Array’s growth, with a focus on organizational design, talent management, leadership effectiveness, and culture. This role reports to the Senior Director of People.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead talent enablement with a special emphasis on GTM or Engineering Product translating org-wide people and talent strategies into clear, actionable programs that support high performance, productivity and scale</li> <li>Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor and extension of People leadership within supported functions</li> <li>Design, build, and execute people and talent programs from the ground up, owning the full lifecycle from concept through implementation, iteration, and measurement</li> <li>Lead functional talent management across your dedicated teams, including org design, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and capability development aligned to business plans</li> <li>Develop, retain, and increase engagement across a distributed workforce</li> <li>Partner closely with the People Talent Strategy team to develop, pilot, and scale people initiatives that drive measurable business impact</li> <li>Lead and support change management efforts related to organizational growth, team evolution, and restructuring, ensuring leader readiness and adoption</li> <li>Coach and advise leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and overall team health</li> <li>Influence decision-making through data, insights, and external benchmarks; leverage people analytics and stay current on industry trends to inform recommendations and program design</li> <li>Effectively balance and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, making informed trade-offs based on business outcomes and team needs</li> <li>Contribute broadly to People team priorities in a small, high-growth environment, flexing across functions and initiatives as needed while maintaining ownership of core talent strategy responsibilities</li> <li>Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of exper ...
