This role will collaborate closely with Fortune 500 clients, executives, product, and engineering teams to define and deliver solutions that solve business-critical problems and scale across multiple lines of business.</p> <p>You are a trusted advisor with the ability to deeply understand enterprise client needs, lead strategic discovery sessions, and confidently present compelling solutions to C-level stakeholders. You possess strong technical intuition, executive presence, and a consultative mindset. You are as comfortable in a whiteboard session with product leaders as you are pitching technical strategy to the boardroom.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own enterprise-level technical solutioning for complex Array deployments, with strong cross functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.</li> <li>Lead and influence executive-level client conversations, articulating the strategic impact of Array’s platform.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Product) to translate their goals into compelling solution architectures.</li> <li>Conduct technical discovery to map customer requirements to scalable solution designs, integrations, and configurations.</li> <li>Design and present prototypes, flows, and concepts via Figma or other tools to align customer stakeholders.</li> <li>Build detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), influence commercial structure, and gain signoff from technical and executive sponsors.</li> <li>Lead proofs of concept (POCs) that showcase product depth and unlock complex opportunities.</li> <li>Provide consultative input on deployment best practices and implementation paths to accelerate time-to-value.</li> <li>Contribute feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to inform roadmap and improve future deployments.</li> <li>Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years in a senior Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consulting role with a focus on enterprise clients.</li> <li>Proven success engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders at large financial institutions or digital consumer platforms.</li> <li>Experience leading strategic discovery and complex solution design engagements for API-based SaaS or fintech products.</li> <li>Fluency with modern API ecosystems and developer tools (e.g., Postman, RESTful APIs, authentication flows).</li> <li>Experience using Figma or similar tools to prototype and communicate design/UX concepts.</li> <li>A consultative, client-first approach paired with a product-centric mindset.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal storytelling abilities tailored to both technical and executive audiences.</li> <li>A track record of thriving in ambiguous, high-stakes sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accele ...
