All engineering teams at Alloy work all across the Alloy codebase and product and regularly collaborate with other engineering squads and with folks beyond engineering too. We're an overall engineering department of 90 people; your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up.</p> <p>Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing in a product engineering role:</h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate our product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap, guiding the team towards success.</li> <li>Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features and projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies.</li> <li>Work on both the front-end and backend, with the ability and willingness to lean in on either side of the stack at different times as needed, depending on the project. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/React), Node.js, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and AWS.</li> <li>Craft high-quality, thoroughly-tested code that meets the unique requirements of our clients, ensuring robustness,reliability, and continuous improvement of our platform.</li> <li>Work closely with other engineers, </li> <li>Embrace an iterative approach, swiftly iterating on features and solutions based on valuable feedback from both our product team and clients, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.</li> <li>For senior roles: providing technical mentorship and guidance, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.</li> </ul> <p>In summary, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development e ...
