The Product Operations Manager will be critical in building out the processes and insights that help support a high-performing product engineering organization and build a world-class product. </p> <p>Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week, and remote employees onsite once a quarter.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h2> <p>The Product Operations Manager will support all things product engineering operations, working both tactically and strategically to ensure everything runs smoothly, while driving improvements in the way we work. </p> <p>We’re looking for a structured, data-driven builder who excels at relationship building, problem solving, and helping teams navigate the change that comes with scaling. </p> <p>As Product Operations Manager, you will: </p> <ul> <li>Lead the strategy and operations of Product Engineering Ops at Alloy</li> <li>Own team rhythms, rituals, and operational models (offsites, quarterly planning, All Hands, etc)</li> <li>Improve common product development and operational processes and tooling, including:</li> <ul> <li>Feature requests</li> <li>Triage</li> <li>Release phase program</li> <li>Roadmap planning</li> </ul> <li>Facilitate effective collaboration between Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams</li> <li>Establish mechanisms for measuring product and engineering success and impact, including analytics dashboards and reporting systems</li> <li>Maintain launch motions that allow us to ship with confidence and monitor impact</li> <li>Create cross-team visibility that drives cross-functional alignment</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with partners in Technical Solutions to support various operational needs and build relationships.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who we’re looking ...
