Perplexity is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Growth Lead to join our small but mighty Enterprise team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for proactive sales professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology and business, and who want to shape the future of enterprise AI.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business by prospecting, pitching, and closing Perplexity Enterprise Pro solutions with large organizationsDiligently research prospects, develop account strategies, and execute outreach campaigns tailored to company and industry needsConduct high-impact product demonstrations and respond to RFPs and technical inquiriesLead client engagement through the entire sales cycle—from initial presentation, technical evaluation, negotiation, to closing and onboardingBuild and nurture senior-level relationships across enterprise clients, championing Perplexity’s value proposition and customer outcomesCollaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and solution fitMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Perplexity’s platform, industry trends, and competitor landscapeMeet or exceed individual and team revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basisMaintain accurate records of pipeline and account activity using CRM toolsQualifications5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally with enterprise-level clientsProven record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets in a high-growth environmentSkilled at complex sales cycles, tailoring messaging to different buyer personas and decision makersProven success outbound prospecting to large enterpriseExceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to C-suite executivesAdept at identifying client pain points and mapping solutions that drive business valueAbility to collaborate effectively with both cross-functional teams and technical stakeholdersExperience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceThe cash compensation for this role is $200,000-400,000 OTE based on experience level. Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents.
