As an early hire in this crucial role, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technology infrastructure from the ground up.This role is based in-person at our Belgrade, Serbia office.ResponsibilitiesProcure, maintain, and administer computers, networking equipment, and office technologyManage and optimize corporate software systems, including automations and integrationsOversee and enhance the Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructureDeploy and enforce robust security policies and proceduresProvision and manage user accounts and permissionsProvide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issuesLead IT projects focused on endpoint management, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvementsLeverage automation and build tools to scale IT capabilitiesQualifications5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experienceStrong proficiency in Okta, macOS & GSuite environmentsStrong troubleshooting skillsComprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, endpoint protection, compliance and encryptionProven track record in managing IT projects on their own, including system upgrades and new implementationsStrives for automationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNice to haveExperience with Scripting (Bash, Python), especially for endpoint managementExperience with international IT regulations and compliance
