This role is responsible for performing advanced welding operations, developing and qualifying weld procedures, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring compliance with all quality, safety, and engineering standards. As a senior member of the welding team, you’ll play a key role in fabricating complex assemblies, supporting process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with engineering to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing quality and efficiency.
